An event manager, not a directory

Tell us the occasion.
We build the whole event.

Say it the way you'd say it to a friend — “forty people, outdoors, near Austin, any Saturday in October, under six thousand.” Clap turns that into a complete plan with real prices, checks every date and every requirement, and then does the chasing.

  • No booking fee surprises
  • Partner sourcing stays private
  • Every figure adds up

Built for the occasion, whatever it is

  • a quinceañera

  • a Diwali celebration
  • a 40th birthday
  • a company offsite
  • a wedding
  • a memorial
  • a baby shower
  • a fundraiser

How it works

Three steps, and none of them is browsing a directory.

  1. 1

    Describe it once

One sentence, or the guided form if you prefer. Clap asks only about the things that would change the plan, then shows you exactly what it understood so you can correct it.

  2. 2

    Get three real options

Best fit, save more, elevated. Every line is priced from the partner's own published rates and checked against your date, your distance, and your requirements — never guessed by a model.

  3. 3

    We do the chasing

Choose a plan and Clap holds what it can, sends the requests, and handles a partner falling through. Anything that changes your price, date, or a commitment we made comes back to you first.

What we promise

The four rules we built the whole thing around.

  • We never show you who we're approaching

Before a booking is confirmed you see “verified modern venue partner”, not a name, an address, or a link. That keeps you from being quoted around us, and it keeps our partners from being poached.

  • No price is ever invented

Every figure comes from a partner's published rates run through our pricing engine — including travel, minimums, and date surcharges. A language model can explain a plan. It is never allowed to price one.

  • You see the whole number first

Total, deposit, what's still an estimate, and exactly what you'd get back if you cancelled on any given day. Before you enter a card, not after.

  • Held means held

When we say a slot is reserved, there is a real reservation in our database that nobody else can book. When we say a price is an estimate, we say that too — in the same size type.

What are you planning?

Start with a sentence. You can sign in when you want to save it — nothing is charged, held, or sent to a partner until you choose a plan and say yes.
